We can fully manage your competitions, both paper-based and online.

Paper-based
We have a London PO Box where users can submit competition entries. At the close of the competition you may arrange collection of the entries, or we will shred them.

Online
We can provide an email address which will receive competition entries. Alternatively, you may use an email address on your own domain and set up an incoming message rule to forward all entries to us for processing.

Data capture
We offer a data capture service, e.g. for marketing purposes, whereby we will deliver the postal addresses (or email addresses, in the case of online competitions) of all competition entrants to you in a format of your choosing.

However, we offer this service only if the following two conditions are met to our satisfaction:
  · entrants must explicitly agree to your using their personal information in this way;
  · you must be fully registered with the Information Commissioner's Office to hold this information.

We are fully registered.
